RESEARCH SUPPORT
Support for Head Start research revolves around dissemination activities and assistance to
various communities of researchers. Ellsworth's activities in this area range from logistical
support to the development of Internet-based applications. Examples include:
- Support for Head Start research and research related activities including the creation and maintenance of: the Head Start Research Library, the on-line Annotated Bibliography of Head Start Research, the Longitudinal Research on Infant and Toddler Interventions: An Annotated Bibliography, and support for several high profile Advisory Committees.
- Logistical and programmatic support to Head Start's National Research Conferences, Head Start Quality Research Centers, Early Head Start Research Consortium, and Head Start Research Grantees.
- Development of interactive web applications to collect research findings, facilitate document reviews/comments from consortia members, and manage peer reviews.
- Listserv creation and maintenance for various consortia and Advisory Committees.
